February 2009 22nd A trip to
Battersea Children's Zoo with Denise & Rebecca.

Its
most unusual to see the otters - they are usually hiding.

Bruno
was rather fold of chasing the pigeons and tried to say hello to the
cockerel and his harem but they were having none of it!

He wasn't really that bothered about any of the other animals - the
best part for him was the tractor that he rode with Rebecca

As you can see, I've altered these images. I like the look of the
bright red tractor in a black & white picture.
We
ended our time at the zoo at the playground. This is Bruno in the
crawl tunnel - except he wouldn't crawl. Been there... done that!

19th Well Bruno
has been suspended from nursery for illness - he's got conjunctivitis
and is happily passing it around the family! We've been trying to
find ways of burning off some energy without encountering too many other
children to pass it on to - so no playgroups for us! We went to
the park today with my new camera. Bruno got bored very quickly even
with looking at the dogs (his favourite haunt is usually at the bottom
of the park by the dogs). He kept asking to go home and every time
I went to take a close up shot of the new flowers coming through in the
garden I'd hear a "Mummy!" I think he lasted about 10 minutes.
The
hardest part was taking a photo of him as he kept running up to me
wanting to be picked up. Not sure whether he was laughing or
crying in this one!
A
monster feeling sorry for himself...
13th

Bruno
likes to play on the bed - he bounces, throws himself around and does
what he thinks is "making the bed" - he throws the pillows around!
My
new camera is excellent and I'm enjoying learning how to use it and some
super duper photo software. Here is something I made earlier ;o)
The computer table
is the perfect height for Bruno to play with his cars. If anything
is along the edge of the table that is in his way, it finds itself plonked in the bin!
Bruno
also likes to play with the phone - this is the unplugged ones!
We
went to the park today but Bruno wasn't interested in any of it as we'd
just picked up a Fire Truck for 30p in the shop opposite!
2nd
Playing in the snow....
We had snow in London today. Nursery was shutting very early so we
took the day off (Claire will be paying for it on Friday!). Bruno
wasn't so keen on the snow - it was too cold he said. Refusing to
wear wellies doesn't help of course...

Bruno
liked all the snowmen everywhere and stroked them all. We didn't
make one though.
Our
local park.
